For the past 15 years, Kim works in Management roles within large, complex organisations, leading programmes designed to attract, develop and retain talent at scale. That means an exceptional eye for what makes someone stop, pay attention and take action. We know how to craft a message that lands, how to read an audience, and how to build something that genuinely connects. Those are the skills we bring to every piece of content we create.

James spent nearly 20 years in a high pressure public service career that demanded composure, sharp communication and the ability to earn trust quickly in any situation. On screen, that translates to a natural, confident presence that brands immediately recognise which translates to true authenticity.

 We’re a real family, with a real home, real pets and two children living a real life, and that’s exactly what you see in everything we create. We don’t script our personalities or manufacture warmth and we aim for audiences to feel the difference.

Together we bring strategic thinking, professionalism and genuine warmth to every project. We meet briefs properly, we hit deadlines and we communicate clearly. Through our extensive work experience we don’t need hand holding, because we’ve both spent decades operating at a high level in environments where that was simply expected.
